The Life Link Program is the centerpiece of Parent Plus.
This is where we facilitate participation in life-enriching opportunities related to the arts, athletics, and academic pursuits, which offer a positive outlet and structured guidance. These activities also promote self-esteem and self-confidence by providing leadership and a sense of security that maybe missing from a child's life due to the loss of a parent or caregiver.  Participation may be one-time or continuous.

Applications and Referrals
Email, call, or print this application and mail or fax it to us. 
We may be contacted directly, through a third party representative such as a relative, friend, counselor, or mentor, or through an organization with which you are involved. The process is rather informal and we respect your privacy.
